Special Constables have full police powers, uniform and equipment, and responsibilities as regular officers. Special Constables are at the heart of communities working to the needs of the people living, working and visiting that area.

What is Employer Supported Policing?

The Employer Supported Policing Scheme is where an organisation allows an employee allocated days or hours, per month or year, out of their job to be a Special Constable.

The scheme is tailor made to your organisation, to benefit you and the employee.
