Edwardian murder trial is brought to life
Join the Essex Police Museum, Chelmsford on Saturday May 12,
from 7 - 8.30pm and witness the case of the Moat Farm Murder.
In 1903 Samuel Dougal was arrested for the murder of Camille
Holland of Clavering, Essex. The Old Court Theatre has created a
script from the original trial which they will re-enact and the
audience will become the jury.
This talk is part of the 'Museum's at Night' weekend, when
museums open their doors at night. A behind the scenes tour of
Essex Police Museum will take place on Friday May 11 from 7 -
8.30pm.
Tickets for both events cost £3 per person and include light
refreshments. To book contact Becky Wash on 01245 457150, or
