Man arrested on suspicion of murder released without charge
A man arrested on suspicion of murder following the discovery of
a woman's body in Southend has been released without charge after a
post-mortem examination provisionally determined she died of
natural causes.
Police were contacted at 10.10am on Thursday, April 12, 2012
with reports of the body of a woman from Southend being found in a
communal area of a property converted in to flats in Chancellor
Road, Southend.
A 43-year-old man from Southend was arrested on suspicion of
murder.
A post-mortem examination carried out on the same evening
provisionally showed the woman died from natural causes.
Detectives have released the man from custody without charge.
Officers will now prepare a file for the coroner.
