Children wanted at Essex Police Museum this half term
Children are invited to create their own wanted posters at Essex
Police Museum in Chelmsford this half term.
Using pieces from a real 1970s identikit, children can use their
imagination to make the posters on October 26, 2011
between 11am and 4pm. Who dunnit? What did they do? And
how much will the reward be?
Museum Curator, Becky Wash, said: “This popular event is all
about having fun while learning. It’s amazing how much
policing has changed since the 1970s, and not just policing but
also fashion, something the 1970s police photo-fit cards
Entry to this event is £1 per child taking part and it's
suitable for all ages.
There is no need to book. Families can drop in anytime between 11am
