M25 fatal crash: Third man arrested
Police have arrested a third man in connection with a fatal
collision on the M25 on Friday, October 15.
A 57-year-old man from Folkestone was arrested on Friday, October
22 on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
Izabela Derbis, a Polish national living in west London, died in
the collision which happened just north of junction 30 of the
clockwise carriageway near South Ockendon.

This ia a tragic
incident which is now being fully investigated.

A 24-year-old man from Basildon and a 54-year-old man
from Wickford were also arrested on suspicion of causing
death by dangerous driving.
All three men have been released on police bail pending
further enquiries.
The Basildon man is on bail until December 15, the Wickford
man until December 14 and the Folkestone man until December
19.
Police are still appealing for witnesses to the
collision. Officers would particularly like to speak to anyone
who saw the following vehicles being driven in the area at that
time: black Jaguar x type estate, silver/grey Renault Megane
Scenic, white Renault Kangoo van, blue Alfa Romeo 156 and a white
Scania articulated lorry sign written 'David Price'.
