Police investigate fatal collision on M11

Police are investigating a fatal road collision on the M11 near Chigwell.

A lorry driver was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision involving two HGVs on August 10.  It happened between junctions 5 and 4 at 6.55am.

Part of the M11 was closed until 10.30am while investigative work was carried out.

The lorry driver, a man in his forties, was from Hertfordshire.
