Man to appear before magistrates for breaching court order

A man arrested by police in Basildon for breach of a court order will appear before magistrates.

Officers arrested a 47-year-old man from Thetford in Norfolk who was subject of a warrant and was believed to have been temporarily living at Camp Constant at Dale Farm on Monday, October 17, 2011.

Colm Harvey, of King Street, Thetford, will appear before magistrates in Norwich on Tuesday, October 18, 2011.
