Who is this?

Police have issued a CCTV image of a man they wish to interview in connection with a theft in Brentwood.

At approximately 7.30pm on Tuesday October 4, 2011, at the BP Express, Shenfield, a man filled a silver Ford Escort with fuel and left without making any attempt to pay.
