Can you help police find this man?

Police have issued a CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to in connection with a theft in Harlow.

At 5pm on Tuesday July 19, 2011, at S
Sainsburys, Fifth Avenue, a man selected an item from display and left without making any attempt to pay.
