Update

The Bocking Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) and Greenfields Community Housing have been working with residents to identify a particular property in Coldnailhurst Avenue that was causing anti-social behaviour. We are pleased to report that this went to court and an eviction was finalised.

As a team we are always keen to identify people that cause anti-social behaviour in the area. We would like to thank all those local residents who helped us make sure the anti-social behaviour did not continue.

The bike post-coding event at John Bunyan School has been sucessful with 17 bikes being photographed and recorded. We aim to make it easier to identify stolen pedal cycles.

We are looking to start a Neighbourhood Action Panel (NAP) on the Fairview Estate, The Glebe and Church Street, Bocking and are currently recruiting members.

If you want to help the community and are willing to give up some time please contact the team for more information.

*********** Important Information ***********

At the moment we have had an increase in theft from vehicles that are left unlocked over night.

Please can everyone remember to secure their cars and vans whenever they are left and keep all belongings out of sight.

We are doing all we can to catch the people responsible but help us by not leaving yourself open to crime.

You can take action in a number of ways to help make your neighbourhood a safer place to live, work and visit.
