Emergencies
In an emergency you can contact us in three ways:
1. Dial 999
2. Use the national emergency text service EmergencySMS
3. Call 112, the European emergency number
If you do not speak English we can provide an
interpreter.
We work in partnership with Language Line and can provide an
interpreter if you have difficulties understanding us.
The member of staff who answers your call will ascertain which
language you require and ask you to hold the line while they
contact Language Line who will provide an interpreter.
